I made a mistake in my order, can I change or cancel it?

Ensure the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. We offer complimentary shipping for returns. Note that items purchased from authorized retailers must be returned to the place of purchase.

Can I exchange a product?

We do not offer direct exchanges. To switch styles or colors, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.

International Shipping

International shipping is calculated at checkout with a standard charge of Rs. 2000. Delivery times range from 10-15 working days. Note that shipping costs do not cover customs duties, taxes, or other fees, which are the recipient's responsibility.

Refund Process

How will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to your original payment method. Please allow 10-15 business days for the refund to appear.

Warranty

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes, all interSeller products are covered by a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover lens scratches, accidental damage, improper use, or unauthorized modifications. For warranty claims, contact us with your proof of purchase and a photo of the defect.
